Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available), allowing you to follow your package.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase. Shipping within Europe is free of Charge

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via the contact form on our website or by phone. Include your order or invoice number and the reason for the return.

Returned items must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories and documentation

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Payments via iDEAL | Wero or bank transfer will be refunded within five working days after approval

  • Credit card refunds may take up to three weeks to appear on your statement
