Online Banking

With iDEAL | Wero, you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe, and convenient way. The system connects you directly to your online banking environment during checkout. Customers of ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS Bank, RegioBank, Triodos Bank, Bunq, Knab, and Van Lanschot can pay directly using iDEAL | Wero.

Belgian customers can use Bancontact / Mister Cash for online banking, with payments processed in real time.

Online Payment Systems & Credit Cards

PayPal is a secure online payment service that allows you to easily pay for products online. Simply create a PayPal account and link it to your credit card or bank account. To make a payment, you only need to log in to your PayPal account.

You can also choose to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your credit card details are securely processed, and the amount will be charged after verification.

Bank Transfer

If you do not have a credit card or a bank account suitable for iDEAL | Wero or PayPal, or if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, you can transfer the total invoice amount to our bank account. Once the payment has been received, your order will be processed.

Easy Ordering

Placing an order through our website is simple. Go to the order page, add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, follow the steps to enter your contact and address details, choose a secure payment method, and complete your order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

To modify or cancel your order, please use the contact form on our website or contact our customer service by phone at +31 (0)6 5516 79 56. Please include your invoice number, customer number, and the requested changes. 

If your order can still be cancelled (for example, if it has not yet been send to production), you will receive a full refund.

  • Payments made via iDEAL | Wero or bank transfer will be refunded within five working days after processing the cancellation.

  • Credit card refunds may take up to three weeks to appear on your statement.
